Your personalized program is conveniently accessible on your mobile device via my app, where you can track your progress, and communicate with me personally via the in-app messaging feature. 1-on-1 Personal Training

Available Only in Brussels

My 1-on-1 Personal Training services are only available in Brussels.

  • The first session of the package includes an assessment analysis, during which we will evaluate your posture, strength, coordination, and endurance. After the assessment, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing your fitness level and areas that require more focus. To track your progress, we will repeat this assessment every 6 weeks.

    With each package, you will receive access to our fitness app where you can log in and create your profile. The app will help us monitor your progress and provide you with workout plans and demonstration videos for at-home, abroad, or gym-based training sessions. Additionally, the app will feature your training calendar and program details for your fitness journey.

  • Upon enrollment, you can choose from four different meal plan paths: Balanced, lactose-free, gluten-free, or vegetarian. Your coach will guide you on how to incorporate them into your daily routine and offer variety as you progress. Each meal plan is calorie-appropriate and follows a macro ratio of 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat with a variation of 15-20%.

    1. Consultation: We understand your goals, preferences, and limitations through a call or email.

    2. Customized Plan: Tailored training plan designed for your specific goals and fitness level.

    3. Training App: Access to an app with your personalized plan, demos, and tracking tools.

    4. Ongoing Support: Continuous guidance and motivation via app messaging.

    5. Progress Tracking: App features to track your progress and adjust the plan if needed.

    6. Flexible Schedule: Work out on your own schedule using the provided weekly plan.

    7. Regular Check-Ins: Scheduled sessions to discuss progress, address challenges, and update the plan.

  • The monthly subscription for SFIT Online Coaching will be discussed during our first zoom call. The fee includes the personalized training plan, access to the training app, ongoing support, progress tracking, and regular check-ins.

ABOUT ME

I am Stephane Jabre, a Certified Personal Trainer, Online Fitness Coach, future doctor/surgeon, and Lifelong Athlete who is dedicated to helping you improve your physical and mental health.

Originally from Beirut, Lebanon I have always had a passion for sports and fitness. I am finishing my medical studies in Brussels.

I achieved a 95% client satisfaction rate through personalized fitness programs tailored to individual needs. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I also design and lead group fitness classes, including strength training and cardio exercises. One of my proudest accomplishments was becoming a Master Trainer where I started teaching new comers the modules for becoming Certified Personal Trainers.

I use my experience and knowledge to help others achieve their fitness goals. I believe that physical health and mental health go hand in hand, and I am committed to helping my clients improve both.
